How It Works: Our Bespoke Design Process

Step 1: Secure Your Intake (Upfront Checkout)

Purchase this Bespoke Intake Service to reserve your priority placement in Veronica Coetzer’s active studio queue. This initial fee initiates your project and includes 2 hours of dedicated digital composition editing.

Step 2: Direct Consultation & Digital Proofing

Within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, Veronica will reach out via email to review your inspiration, personal photographs, or color palettes. She will generate a custom digital fine-art proof for your review.

Step 3: Collaborative Revisions (Up to 2 Rounds Included)

Your initial fee includes up to 2 rounds of design revisions so we can fine-tune color tones, compositional balance, or layout elements to your exact preference.

• Note: Any additional revisions or editing hours beyond the included 2-hour allocation are billed at our standard studio hourly rate.

Step 4: Final Approval & Private Product Checkout

Once you provide your final sign-off on the digital proof, we create a secure, private product listing on our Njia store with your product manufacturing cost. Upon payment, your custom heirloom is sent to production and delivered straight to your doorstep.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Deposit Non-Refundability: The initial intake fee covers active creative curation, digital file prep, and dedicated artist communication hours. This fee becomes non-refundable once the consultation email sequence has commenced.
